NovaGold TSX selling warrants expire on October 1, 2008
NovaGold Resources Inc. (TSX: NG) (AMEX: NG) reminded holders of its TSX listed warrants (TSX: NG.WT) all warrants will stop trading on Wednesday, October 1, 2008 at 9:00 Pacific time (12:00 pm EST) and will expire that day at 4:30 pm Pacific time (7:30 pm EST). Upon the expiration of the time, all warrants unexercised become null and void and owners have more rights under these mandates. The warrants were issued pursuant to a financing dated October 1 2003. Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share of NovaGold for C $ 7.00.
Investors should contact their brokers for advice or information on the performance of their mandates before the expiration date.
Holders of warrants May also contact Elaine Sanders, Vice President, Finance & Corporate Secretary, with questions on the exercise of their warrants at any time prior to the time of the expiration on October 1 2008.
